Day 37: Two A Days

Today I overachieved. 

I attending the 5pm Crossfit WOD as normal and then I agreed to meet my friends out at 7pm for a 10 mile bike ride. 

The WOD was hard and the fact that the gym is 1,000 degrees doesn't help BUT kicking and screaming, I got through it.

My legs were shot after the WOD, but the bike ride actually felt really good.  We rode 10 miles in about an hour and by that time the temperature cooled off a little. 

Not sure how many 2 a Day's I'll be committing to, but I at least know that I have it in me.
