I fell a bit off the bandwagon Monday, BUT, I am only human and I'm a social drinker, what can I say?
I was dreading weighing myself on Tuesday morning, but I did anyway and...
I, deceivingly so, set myself back from being in the 140's to almost 155! UGH. Those beers and treats were not worth it. If I get drunk, I'm more likely to eat foods that aren't Crossfit approved. :(
Mentally I am ready to work very hard from this point on. We are starting the 4th week of the competition and we only have about 4 weeks left.
