6 Days to Vegas: Fight Gone Bad 6

Today was awesome!  I got my very first Crossfit "Competition" under my belt and I loved it!  Here is a video of my doing round 2 of 3 and some still shot pictures:

1 Minute Box Jump (20 inches)
1 Minute Sumo Lift High Pull (55lbs)
